You may file a dipsute with Verified Person by e-mailing support@verifiedperson.com.

Please provide the following information in the body of your e-mail:

  • First, Middle and Last Name.
  • Your Date of Birth.
  • An e-mail address where we may reach you.
  • A phone number with area code.
  • A brief description of the nature of the dispute.
  • Attach any documents, including court documents or expungement documents, related to your dispute.
